Dutch Social Housing reform in the light of the refugee crisis. ESPN Flash Report

In order of the European Commission Regioplan has written a flash report about the Dutch social housing reform in the light of the refugee crisis. Recent Dutch policy measures have reduced the ability of housing associations to expand the supply of social housing. This creates pressure, which is increasing with the arrival of asylum seekers, who are a prioritized category. Radical measures have been tabled to address this situation.
